Ability to filter out players with preselected color preference

I don't want to play someone who preselected White and will likely hit-and-run after one game. I tend to not check because this is not something I would think to do myself as it's slimy behavior. If it is already possible to filter these people out, help point me in the right direction :)
I think that this is an issue with being forced to choose "Random colors" at start. I obviously don't want anything like what chess.com has (abort penalties) to combat this, but I think it's a valid argument for allowing people to pick sides.
I've always thought that you should only be allowed to pick what color you play as in unrated games. If you have a 1800 rating, but only ever play white, then you might not actually be a 1800 player because you could be really bad as black for all you know.

In any case, I would like an option to filter out people who don't make it random.
#3: I totally agree. But aborting games that aren't of the color you like is effectively that, but more annoying.

Here's an idea...why not make the RNG deciding a person's color dependent on what colors they abort as?
It's funny until you pair two such players against each other and one of them finally gets to play the white pieces.
