I am pleased with this game as it is my lowest centipawn loss and lowest IEB rate of 3 - 0 - 0.

It came after a long series of losses as I tumbled from about 1900 to about 1750. I guess my opponent's play made mine look good but I usually have something like IEB rate of 5 - 3 - 1.
Looking at my rating graph, I seem to go in 1 week cycles of up and down. I try to see patterns such as tiredness but the best I can see is weekend opponents seem to do better against me and if I play while the football is on TV or my wife is cooking dinner or someone is talking to me then I am more likely to stuff up. I try to get my self to only play if there are no distractions. Unfortunately that's often late at night or in the early hours of the morning. Maybe I'll join a chess club and play OTB so I can concentrate better. Also cheating is comparatively rare in OTB play.
