how to avoid seek accepts from players who use a program?

i put a seek out for 3 0 casual chess960, got accepted by someone who uses a chessprogram, how can i set it so that they cannot match me?

Yeah, only rated. Casual allows cheaters to play.

imo there should be an option to disable cheaters in casual seeks
as well, in the preference profile for example,
just like there is no takeback option and u can disable,
an option to not seek cheaters please.
