Best training method

Hello,
can you please write your training methods?
Because i study chess a lot but i no improve,and years pass.
Maybe i need get improve my training method.

I do many many puzzles. There are websites that offer puzzles only. Very good for recognizing patterns, and your thinking will deepen as you consider each one as a puzzle to solve. Or I hope it does :)

Write a book about chess openings.

Helpful Software: Scid, Stockfish, Chess Position Trainer.

"How to reassess your chess" by IM Jeremy Silman has an interesting introduction chapter about amateur chess players getting stuck at a certain level.

@DARKOBSCURITY: You play a lot of blitz. And yes, you play well. If you want to improve the moves you make, and the results you achieve, consider that behind every sequence of moves is an idea. Because-- and I think this site's analytical engine misses this -- winning is not about finding the best next move -- it is about finding the best plan, the best strategic game plan.
And what is a plan but a sequencing of targets.
A sequencing of moves.
A sequencing of ideas.
And you are more likely to come up with strategic ideas --and grow as a strategist --if you play games that are long enough to give you the time to Think.
