draw offer speech

Hi
I often play classical games on a physical board with sound set to "speech" so that I am alerted when a move has been made and what the move was. This makes for a fairly decent experience playing with a physical board. However the downside is that I often miss draw offers as I am not looking at the screen, and the chat is not visible on the tablet screen. My feature suggestion is spoken draw offers.
