Correspondence top 200 criteria?

My correspondence rating should put me in the top 200 correspondence list, but I'm not listed there:

Is there some criteria other than rating for making the list? Like number of games played or rating deviation? My rating isn't provisional.

To be listed in the top 200, you must have been active in the specific variant/time in the past week. Your last correspondence game was played two weeks ago, so you do not qualify.

You also have to have a rating deviation below 60 for standard and 70 for variants.
