Appeal is not working

Hello it seems lichess appeal is not working...anybody knows the reason?

Are you referring to a fair play appeal?

I don't think lichess has many employees to manually review cases so it may just take some more time.
I'm pretty new and maybe a human doesn't review these cases.

Hopefully a moderator or someone will chime in to help.

takes longer than a few minutes, should take hours when the get back to you

We did not receive an appeal by @Cecil_Cuevas. Without more information, I cannot tell what exactly is meant by "not working" though.

Dear AnonMod... My account was tagged in Violation of TOS after leading in Eastern Super Blitz but I did not cheat so I went to FAQ and studied how to appeal my case unfortunately no appeal button or a text square where I can forward my appeal... even after I click the appeal link. That's the reason I was saying appeal does not work... I cannot even appeal. Thanks for understanding.

Every appeal is reviewed by a human moderator. See lichess.org/page/appeal

What exactly do you see when you go to lichess.org/appeal

Dear Anonmod there are 2 choices and after selecting 1 I saw steps but not the exact text box... but when I clicked the empty space where there is supposed to be an appeal box...it magically appeared so I managed to send my appeal... thank you guys for all your help.
