BUG - Players abandoning classical games

Please please please, if the player is no longer even signed I'm, they must be auto-resigned. These poor-sport losers are hijacking and ruining this time control. I cannot sit here and wait 15 minutes for every low-life who refuses to dignify this site and community by resigning. I have reported the culprits appropriately. This platform absolutely must resign these parasites when they are no longer signed into the site.
Doesn't Lichess detect a disconnection and allows you to claim the victory ?
It is supposed to - I've seen it in every time control but classical, which is why I report this bug. It's more outrageous because the players aren't even signed in anymore!
Yeah, I don't really know how it works and why it doesn't work in classical...
@Toadofsky Thanks, but please file this as a standalone "Bug" rather than only mentioning it in a separate "Feature Request." It is a bug and not a feature, which is triaged differently and must be classified with a accurate granularity in order for it to be fixed. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Please appeal to other Lichess staff about this; if I can't make it viable as a feature request (something we might want changed), it's even less viable as a bug report (something we need fixed).
You can't claim victory in classical if the source of the game was "friend". From the context, I think "friend" means it was from a direct challenge (as the other sources are import, lobby, pool), and not that the users are friends (not that it matters. Friends shouldn't ragequit on each other, nor would they claim victory just because their friend has a bad connection).

This seems like an obviously terrible idea.
