Do you guys think En passant is kinda unfair?

It's as unfair as capturing. When you capture a piece it feels great if you gain material but when you are on the receiveing end it feels so unfair.
You can't make 'en passant' moves on other pieces though. You cant fire on a bishop flashing by your pieces capturing it 'en passant' style.

No, I don't advocate a rule change, it is just an observation.
In chess, pieces are different.
In checkers, pieces are equal.
Just an observation.
It's only unfair if you forget about it. ;) But it gives the game a good deal more scope for strategy.
En passant is a relict of the past and should be removed. If that is not possible then at least the other pieces should also be given the chance to do one en passant move per game. Except of course the King which can already castle.
