Is there a way to request certain level of puzzle

I would really enjoy practicing some of the lower level puzzles even though I rank at 1900s and can occasionally win the 2000s.

Also I'd there was a way to make these requests, these puzzles that are lower that you., not rated. So they do not affect your puzzle rating and you could go back to playing your normal puzzle ratings.

Even without the last part the first part of requesting ratting's is something I would enjoy.
