should i get The How to Reassess your chess workbook?

im thinking about getting the How to Reassess your chess workbook i have read reviews saying that it really helps out especially if your using the book alongside the workbook and im also thinking of getting so i can reinforce what im learning through the book,is it really worth getting?

I found my system more enlightening than Reassess, but i do recommend silman's endgame book.

Reassess for lower rateds and My system for 1600s +.
