Maybe you need to play regular games first before you join a tournament....since your account is new....i think there is such a requirement.....like 5 or more rated games

You are banned use lichess appeal we can see you are banned. A account ehich has been nanned cannot see that he is banned. You can play games but you get paired with other players who are banned
