Missionary Baptists Monthly Chess Tournament

Rules and Mechanics

Membership Requirements:

1. This Monthly Tournament is open to all Missionary Baptists
2. A Membership Fee of P 50 is required to become a member of this Team.
3. Please send your membership Fee to GCASH Number : 0966-311-4756

Monthly Tournament Mechanics :

1. A Monthly Tournament shall be conducted every 2nd Friday of the Month
2. The Swiss Chess Tournament will commence at 10:30 pm onwards.
3. The Tournament time for every game is 7 minutes + 0 increment
4. A Tournament Fee of P 60 is required to join a monthly tournament
5. Please send your Monthly Tournament Fee to GCASH number : 0966-311-4756
6. No Tournament Fee Refund shall be made to any player who fails to play in his joined-tournament .

PRIZES AND INCENTIVES :

1. 70 % of the Monthly Tournament Fee shall be utilized to reward the Tournament Winners
2. 30 % of the Tournament Fee shall be reserved and retained for the Prize of the Grand Chess
   Tournament to be held every 23rd Day of December
3. The Top 3 Players of the Monthly Tournament will receive Prizes accordingly.
4. The 70 % of the Monthly Tournament Fee shall be utilized for the Prizes of the Winners as follows:
   a. 50% of the 70% will go to the Top 1 player
   b. 30% of the 70% will go to the Top 2 player
   c. 20 % of the 70 % will go to the Top 3 player

ANNUAL GRAND TOURNAMENT :

1. An Annual Grand Chess Tournament shall be held on December 23, 2022 with Big Prizes
2. The Top 2 Winners of the Monthly Chess Tournament will automatically enter and join the Grand Chess Tournament in the month of December.
3. The Top 2 players can still join the Monthly Tournament, if they are still the Top 2 players for the next tournaments, then the 3rd and 4th placer will join the Grand Chess Tournament in December.
