Declining Draw Offers

some players offering many draws in a game, probably to distract the oppo.
i wish for a option in settings "never accept draws". - just like the option "never accept takeback requests".
who agrees?

lichess! come on!
Only accept when youre losing and your opponent has enough time to not get flagged :)
@Waldorfschule1995
Sir,
If that option would be included by Lichess then I would turn it off. Because there are games which are going for a draw and your opponent offers you a draw and your time is much less compared to that of opponent. In this scenario, the opponent would get edge and be declared as winner on timeout. And such games are not less.
Have a good day
Bye
@Waldorfschule1995 i think draws are part of chess - actually i am not crazy about the automatic draws on lichess in three position repetitions........... but an offer of a draw is part of the game of chess. it's part of the rules - at least, of chess feds. idk if draw offers on lichess can be ignored, like takebacks can. if so, i'd just ignore them, if they were excessive.

@pawnmulch

yes i understand what u mean. ok, then it should be only possible to ask for a draw maximum 2-3 times
per game. i had oppos asking me 5 times and more, only trying to distract me.

or maybe i could just leave the draw answer unanswered and keep playing, so he/she cant ask again?!

Personally I think once you offer a draw and your opponent declines either explicitly or implicitly by playing a move, then you are no longer allowed to offer a draw for the second time and it is up to your opponent to offer a draw whenever he has changed his mind. This is the etiquette over the board, but it is not (yet) in the rules.
I would only accept a draw offer when I'm losing. In all other cases I would try to win or flag my opponent.
@tpr repeated draw offers may be seen as annoying the opponent and the person doing this may be penalized. It is in the uscf rules. 14b5. The position should have changed significantly, or the other player should have offered a draw, before a repeated draw offer is made. this would be in an otb tournament, governed by the uscf.
