This is all a joke right? I am one of those gullible people whom April's Fools Day is made for. I believe everything that I read (except the earth is flat). I actually believed that FIDE announced that thing, until I clicked on the link. Then I read through the entire article trying to find FIDE's announcement. A part of me was wondering why lichess would link a chess.com article for FIDE's announcement, while also wondering why FIDE would allow such nonsense considering that they went through such a hassle two decades ago.
