Totally agree that draw offers should indeed be auto-cancelled upon moving. It is the only logical thing to do and moving while getting a draw-offer means what it always means namely; no, play on!
In OTB there are often times when the opponent's intent is to offer a draw for an indefinite period, not just for the coming move. That's what the site is imitating.
It's a mild imposition to throw a draw offer at your opponent. So I think it's reasonable to expect you to go to the effort of withdrawing your draw offer when you no longer wish it to remain.

So if I offer a draw on my turn, and then move, I have to manually withdraw the offer, correct?
