Thanks, it is a good start to troubleshooting. Let's start from the end:
3) You own the account, so you can access/login into your network router/gateway. This is very good. Hopefully you know all the devices that use your home network and all the people that use your home network.

2) Do you have a possibility to use an Ethernet cable to connect your computer/laptop to the network router? Wired networks are always faster and more reliable than the Wi-Fi connections. Even if this is inconvenient for a normal use, can you use Ethernet at least temporarily to check if your network problems are at home or outside your home? At home means between your computer/laptop and the router/gateway that the ISP gave you. Outside your home means between the ISP's router/gateway and Lichess' servers in France.

1) LAN (Local Area Network) is not a valid option. Internet is a WAN (Wide Area Network), the valid options would be something like: DSL. fiber-optics or cable television.

Well, how far are you from Paris, France (in kilometers)? Somebody living in downtown Canberra, Australia rightfully wouldn't consider himself living in a remote area. This is true but also it is almost as far as possible on Earth from Lichess' servers in France.

Where would the probability to find nerdy people be higher than on a chess forum?
Well, I ask the question a 2nd time? How to improve my network?
I'm not making a new thread 'cause it would be duplicate.
(Pls don't answer 'pay cash', joke or boring stuff. Just give me a few general suggestions. This is a serious topic.)

Serious advice require serious information. If you don't answer the questions I asked you are on your own.

Run traceroute (like #8 suggests) when you notice that lag spikes to 1000 ms. Report back here with the results.
