Do you guys think En passant is kinda unfair?

It has always made sense to me. Running by like that, rushing the far square... who wouldn't clothes-line him? Kind of obvious really.
I have always liked the en passant rule. The soldier comes out of the trench with a big jump and is hit in mid-air, like a quail.
To answer @manandhyani.... no, the rule is not unfair. You have to be careful, it can be a nasty surprise, but in my opinion this gives a little more flavor to the game.

Exactly, I just want to remind you about the "Tenakel Trap", which is still underestimated by many players.

That's hilarious! I wonder if anyone has ever fallen for that!
The only unfair thing about en passant, is it's the most awesome move in the game...but sometimes you're forced to not play it, due to it not being the best move in that game :(

yeah 5 people have fallen for that trap and one of them was 1600+!!
